So I find out from my neighbors last night that what I'm paying for rent is much much more than the others in my complex. The townhouse complex are all exactly the same inside and out (well with the exception of the end units with double garages). They are all two level, two bedrooms, two and a half baths, and a single car garage.
So what is so frustrating you ask? Well I'm being ripped off paying $1,100 a month while the others in the exact same units are paying $795-$800 a month including association dues. I'm also frustrated because I have to find a new place for my girls and I to live because my landlord decided to sell the townhouse we are living in. But informed me on April 23, less than a month before my lease is up for renewal! Then I get an email from booking.com and not only is the landlord listed as the seller, as it should be, but they listed me as well! WHAT!!!!!! I DON'T OWN THIS FREAKIN PLACE!
So I've been looking around Woodbury because I want to keep the girls in their current schools, that is very important Kylie graduates in 3 years and Kassie has really come a long way with her anxieties.
Plus in doing some investigating with the county and other law enforcement, I've found out that there was a drug bust in this home where a Swat Team blew out the sliding door and kicked in the front door to bust the tenants that were here before me for drugs. Never disclosed that to me, nor was it disclosed to me about how many times the police were called to this address for all different reasons.
